Q: What documentation is available?

A: Beside the technical Fact Sheet we have a Userguide and an Administrationguide. We have checklist for preparing the installation. The checklist can be found customer login (login required).

 

Q: How does the support structure look like?

A: Usually via email to our support email and of course by telephone between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
