Team Event 2026 - Two Days Away from the Desk

This year, we spent two days together at Menterschwaige. The focus was on collaboration, planning for the future, and, most importantly, enjoying time together outside the office while strengthening our team bonds.

The first day was all about team collaboration. Facilitator Simply Outdoor, split our team into two groups and guided us through a variety of challenges and puzzles.

From sawing tasks and Viking chess to the traditional Bavarian "Maßkrugstemmen" competition and building a giant marble runway, there was something for everyone. Each challenge gave team members the opportunity to bring their individual strengths to the table.

On the second day, we focused on planning for the months ahead. Where do we want to go in the second half of the year? What have we achieved in the first half, and where can we improve further?

The Sales, Marketing, and the Tech team presented their results and plans, followed by discussions and brainstorming of ideas, paths and approaches. At the end of the day, everyone left with plenty of new tasks and the confidence that, as a team, nothing is impossible.
