EPOS Connect 2024 – a recap of our first customer event 🎉

Great conversations, practical insights, and real-world success stories—our first customer event was a great success!

Motorworld Munich: the perfect backdrop

We couldn’t have picked a better venue: Motorworld Munich, with its mix of vintage cars and modern design, provided an inspiring atmosphere for our first EPOS Connect event. From the moment our guests walked in, it was clear this was a place where history and innovation come together.

Highlights of EPOS Connect 2024

14+ companies, countless conversations, one shared goal: automating processes to enhance efficiency

EPOS Connect brought together over 14 companies for a day of engaging discussions, hands-on insights, and inspiring exchanges about how EPOS automations support day-to-day tasks. Customers openly shared how they use EPOS to streamline processes, reduce repetitive work, and free up time for more impactful activities but also what challenges they face on performing day-to-day tasks and offering honest feedback and insights into how EPOS could be improved even further.

Real-life stories that stood out

The most memorable part of the day? Hearing directly from our customers. They explained how they’ve integrated EPOS into their workflows to simplify tasks and make life easier for their teams.

One customer put it this way:

"EPOS is like a toolbox—everyone can find the right tools to get their work done more easily."

Another shared:

"Before, we felt like we were working in silos. Now we’ve connected with others who face the same challenges and can exchange ideas and solutions through tips and tricks on how to approach day-to-day problems by making use of different EPOS features."

Offering a platform for our customers to connect, their stories showed just how versatile EPOS is, with each company finding unique ways to use it for their specific needs. It was a great reminder of the real impact automation can have in SAP Basis teams.

A relaxed and enjoyable day with EPOS users

Whether over coffee, lunch, or an evening drink, there was plenty of time to connect in a casual setting. Customers and the Empirius team got to know each other better, share experiences, and build new relationships in an open, friendly atmosphere.

What’s next?

We’re excited to announce that EPOS Connect will return in 2025 - with two events in Germany!

Spring 2025: We’ll meet in Hamburg to connect with customers in the northern region.
Autumn 2025: We’ll head back to Munich to continue building our community in the south.
