Current versions of BlueCopy Server and the GUI

On December 17th, 2020, we published new maintenance versions of the BlueCopy server and the GUI for you. As usual, you can download them from our download area now:

BlueCopy GUI: V5.1
BlueCopy Server: V10.1.3

BlueCopy Release 10.2 is expected to be available in mid-February and will mainly have its technical underpinnings renewed:

• Use of Windows' own ssh client instead of the LibSSH2 library (only for Linux/Unix servers, of course).
• Lifting the restriction for Powershell 2.0
• Switching to a up-to-date perl

Password Safe Assistant
Due to the - there is no other way to put it - overwhelmingly positive feedback on the Password Safe Assistant in our webcasts, we have decided to put this feature under the Christmas tree as a small present for you, our loyal customers. For one or two of you, the number of presents might be smaller this time, so we wanted to counteract this a little 😊.
We are convinced that this new feature will sustainably support you in being able to carry out system copies and clones even more securely and quickly. True to our motto: Agile. Simple. Efficient.
To use the feature, you only need to unpack, i.e. install, version 5.1 of the GUI.
